Craft Beers
draught selections

**golden road – brown ale los angeles, california  $6  5.5% abv
For our brown ale we’ve added trace amounts of smoked malt to build a toasty complexity, balanced by rich notes of caramel and chocolate.

**primo – hawaiian lager, honolulu, hawaii  $6   4.8% abv
California-style red ale is eminently sessionable. Crystal and Munich malts provide a backbone to showcase the bright, citrus, piney notes of Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.

** coronado brewing company – islander ipa san diego, california  –  $6 7.0% abv
Centennial, Chinook and Columbus hops combine to provide an explosive burst of piney bitterness and luscious notes of apricot, grapefruit and mango that are sure to evoke imagery of swaying palms and sun-kissed shores.

**la quinta brewing company – blonde, california  $6 4.7% abv
This light colored ale has a clean crisp taste to quench that desert thirst. Not your typical Blonde, this beer is crafted to finish dry, with just the right amount of residual sweetness. This Blonde Ale was made for summer in the desert.

**la quinta brewing company – double ipa, california  $6 9.0% abv
Hops and malt come to a nice a balance on the end with a little spiciness coming through. Finishes with a touch of lingering sweetness.

**la qunita brewing company – 111 pale ale, california  $6   6.0% abv
Balanced yet hoppy, this Pale Ale has a remarkable aroma derived from generous amounts of Palisade and Cascade hops.

**trumer pils – pilsner berkeley, california / salzburg, austria $6 4.9% abv
light bodied, ultra fresh, clean, crisp, refreshing, light spice finish

**the bruery –  trade winds tripel ale orange county, california $6 8.0% abv
Trade Winds Tripel is a Belgian-style Golden Ale with a Southeast Asian twist. Instead of using candi sugar, we use rice in the mash to lighten the body and increase the gravity, and spice with Thai Basil.

** coachella valley brewing – honey double whit, Coachella valley, california  $6 7.0% abv
The creamy mouth-feel is contrasted by tart, lip-prickling fizz, carried with it nectar like sweetness which is cut by the kumquats, and just a hint of stomach-stoking warmth right in to the finish from the addition of Killer Bee Honey

** coachella valley brewing – sessions ipa, Coachella valley, california $6   4.0% abv
Hopped up copiously with Columbus, Cascade, Centennial and New Zealand Motueka that all work harmoniously boasting notes of citrus, pine, that carry into a spicy floral finish.

** coachella valley brewing – oasis apple ale Coachella valley, california $6 5.6% abv
Oasis Ale formulation begins with malted white wheat, pale malted barley and a light crystal or caramel malt. Added to the mix is a freshly pressed apple cider blend from local orchards.

**coachella valley brewing – KÖLSCHELLA Coachella valley, california $6 4.5% abv

As fun, popular and whimsical as the annual local music festival, Kölschella is a Kölsch light golden hybrid ale which is fermented warm and then lagered to produce a crisp, clean, and refreshing ale.
